Eligibility:
To participate in the Indy 500 Podium Finish Insurance (the “Insurance Promotion” or the “Promotion”), patrons must be a successfully registered Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook user, deposit funds into their account, satisfy the relevant wagering requirements, and meet the other conditions of this Promotion (e.g., Patrons may not be on any exclusion or self-excluded lists).
To obtain an account, register on the Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook App or at southland.betly.com. Each patron must be 21 years of age or older.

Offer Rules: Terms and Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Indy 500 Podium Finish Insurance – players who successfully meet all the criteria of this Promotion will receive 50% of their wager refunded as a bonus bet, up to $25 if the selected driver finishes in 2nd or 3rd.
Players must place a qualifying wager of $10 or more in real money on the Indy 500 Outright Winner. This wager must be a Single, Pre-Match, Real Money wager with odds greater than +400. If the player’s qualifying wager settles as a loss but your selected driver finishes in 2nd or 3rd, the player will be refunded a bonus bet in the amount of 50% of their qualifying wager, up to $25.
For example, a patron may place a wager of any qualifying amount (over $10) they wish in real money in association with this offer. However, a maximum of the patron’s first $50 wagered will be refunded as a bonus bet for a maximum $25 Bonus Bet.
2. Promotional Period
This promotion is available Friday May 24th 8:00am CT – May 26th 11:59pm CT.
3. Eligibility
Patrons must select the Indy 500 Podium Finish Insurance token when making their wager, be eligible for a Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook account, pass all applicable age and identity verification checks, and make a qualifying real money wager to be eligible for this promotion.
All players must be 21+ to hold a Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook account. Players must be physically located in Arkansas to place wagers.
Eligible bets must be a Single, Pre-Match, Real Money wager on Indy 500 Outright Winner with odds of +400 or greater. Eligible wagers must be $10 or greater of real money made during the promotion period. Profit boosts and Odds boosts are not eligible for this promotion. Any wagers that settle as a push are not eligible.
4. Selection Required
No selection is required to participate in this promotion.
5. Claiming the Promotion
After making a wager – patrons who are eligible to receive a refund will see their bonus bet appear in their account up to 72 hours once their eligible wager is settled.
6. Limitations on Participation
This promotion is limited and can only be used once per patron.
7. Wagering Requirements
The Bonus bet must be used in full. Example a $10 Bonus Bet cannot be divided into 2 x $5 Bonus Bets. The Bonus Bet is eligible to be used on any sport and type of wager. The Bonus Bet will expire 7 days after it is awarded to the Patrons account if not claimed. The Bonus Bet amount must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. The Bonus Bet stake is not included in any return or winnings.
8. Eligible Sports Bets
Bonus Bets can be used on any sport and wager type.
