US Open $1K Cash Longest Odds Tournament

This Promotion is limited to Patrons who successfully create an account on the Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook App or online at southland.betly.com and have complied with all the conditions in the respective tournament.

Eligibility:

To participate in the US Open $1K Cash Longest Odds Tournament (the “Sports Betting Tournament” or the “Tournament”), patrons must hold a Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook account, deposit funds into their account, and opt-in to the respective tournament via the Tournaments page, so that their bets are counted towards the tournament ranking. Patron must additionally meet all conditions laid forth in this Promotion (e.g. Patrons may not be on any exclusion or self-excluded lists).

To be eligible for a prize, players must score at least 1 point. If that is not the case and even if the winner appears in the ranking, they will not receive a prize.

All players must be 21+ to hold a Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook account.  Players must be physically located in Arkansas to place wagers.

Promotional Period:

The US Open $1K Cash Longest Odds Tournament takes place from August 26th 9:00am CT – September 8th 11:59pm CT 2024.

General Terms and Conditions:

Registration must take place before the end-time of the tournament to be considered, unless specified otherwise.

Any bet placed before the tournament start date will not qualify for the ranking calculation. Only bets placed after the start of the tournament and closed before it ends will be considered. Only Winning bets on US Open Tennis Matches will qualify for the tournament rankings.

The results of the tournament are determined according to a Longest Odds calculation method. The greater the odds on the winning wager, the higher the score. Only a player’s winning wager with the highest odds will count towards their total score.

Only bets that have been graded before the end of the tournament will qualify for the ranking. The Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook cannot be held responsible for delays in grading a bet that prevents said bet from being eligible.

In case of technical errors (including, without limitation: translation error, odds error, etc.) or specific event errors (including, without limitation: abandonment, match interrupted or postponed, etc.), the operator reserves the right to cancel the player’s bets, in whole or in part.

In the event of a tie:

●        The distribution of winnings will be recalculated to distribute the latter between the tied players. E.g., a distribution of 50% for the 1st, 30% for the 2nd and 20% for the 3rd. With two players tied for 1st place, the distribution will be as follows (50% + 30%)/2 = 40% for the two 1st-placed players and 20% for the 3rd.

●        With prizes in play, ties will be decided according to the order in which points are obtained. The player with the highest score first will be declared the winner. The ticket closing date prevails.

Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel a tournament at any time at its own discretion.  Prizes will only be awarded if a tournament is upheld. In case of cancellation, wagers that allow participation in tournaments will not be refunded to players, unless mentioned otherwise in the conditions. Qualifying bets for the cancelled tournament will remain action.

Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a player’s participation cancelled in case of suspected improper or illegal use of the functionality.

Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook reserves the right, at its own discretion, to restrict a tournament to a target group of players and to make it inaccessible to people who have not been invited to participate.

Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook reserves the right to modify the general conditions for tournaments at any time.

Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

Prizes:

Winnings will automatically be paid out to the players at the end of the tournament, according to the following prize structure:

1st Place: $500.00

2nd Place: $250.00

3rd Place: $125.00

4th Place: $75.00

5th Place: $50.00

General Conditions:

Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook in its sole discretion. Betly Arkansas Online Sportsbook reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
